Only if a fraud was commited.

Same. Earned a lot and spent all of them. Not taking any chances. If they cancel my card, so be it - it is empty.

If they take my pts away , I will be in optimum points debt ..lol .. - 50,000 pts ..ha ha.

Collectors will have to call me to get the optimum pts debt back

Mine too, I thought about it, and quite frankly I figured that tomorrow morning some heads will roll I am sure, so I cashed out
figuring that there will be some claw backs tomorrow when they open office
Still considering doing another couple transactions tomorrow morning before office hours

I don't think it says anything like that anywhere, but the promo is too good to be true, essentially you are profiting from redeeming and are really nothing out of pocket if you do the calculation, and if it's too good to be true then it probably is, I am sure someone will have something to say about it tomorrow - but I could be wrong

I did not see anywhere where it said 1 promo per person, so I don't know if that is true. I think the promo part of it is valid. Probably Cadbury clearing out stock. BUT the other part of it - redeeming and redeeming - this is what I'm worried about. TOS say 2 redemptions per card per day, but nothing was put in place to enforce this. Yes, TOS were broken, but who's fault is that? I say SDM.

I agree, I was able to redeem more than 2 times - I asked the cashier, actually 3 different cashiers about it, one of them was a supervisor, and they all told me I can redeem as many times as I would like

Depends on the promo, you will get the points as this is the same thing that most of us did
