Learning to adapt to things outside my control...

Since I got married about 7 years ago I wanted children. Until 2 years ago I wasn't ready to start trying... It still hasn't happened but I decided that instead of focusing on what isn't happening, I would make something happen!

I never had a dog before, so this is totally new for me... I adopted Bella Jean about 4 months ago. She is 5 1/2 years old. I added the middle name (to make her more mine!) I couldn't be more proud of being a dog mom. To me, she is my 10 pound baby! It is amazing to feel needed, wanted and be dependant on!

Also - I currently work@home full-time and am no longer going to be able to starting next week, so if you don't hear from me as frequent, that is why. I will still be checking a few times a day!

ohhhhhh too cute -yes i have a cute 10 year old dog someone didnt want at age 1 we took him and i am allergic to him-specialist told me to get rid of him last year -i cried i cant-so comforting they are

It truly is amazing how one little animal can depend on you so much and love you unconditionally not matter what you look like, smell like or any disabilities you may have. When other people in the world give you a dirty look a dog gives you a lick or a kitty gives you a purr. Just that small gesture from them really means so much.
