Ok since there is only one special 8000 kraft bonus points redemption allowed since sept 14th...i went today. Bought 4 bars at 1.50 each and a bag of milk to bring it up to the $10. cashed in $10 of points (8000) and will get the 8000 back by the end of the month. Did the same on my hubbys card. So 8 choc bars and 2 big bags of milk for $2 and change oop for both transactions. Not too shabby! I can always use free milk and chocolate!

The Shoppers people today said i would for sure get the points regardless if i was paying oop or redeeming. I saved the receipts just in case there is an issue....

I wanted to do something similar but with TP and Tissues instead of Milk. Then they changed it to one per card and I decided I'd rather stay home Sunday and Monday

I'm a wee bit cynical.....I'm not certain people who do the promo this week will get 8000 points IF they already participated last weekend.

(ie. you already participated your ONE time, so therefore you may not get 8000 points this week, as they may deem it to be your SECOND time doing the promo......you won't really know until Sept. 28th.)

Our household has 5 Optimum cards so I have been redeeming yesterday and today. Hopefully 8000 points on each card will be returned on Sept. 28th. Mainly bought Ritz and other things to top it up to 10.00. No I'm not sure whether I'll get 8000 on my card since they changed the promo rules but for the other 4 purchases I should.(didn't need anymore chocolate....thought 64 bars was enough)
