Be careful which bag you get. At my Petsmart the ones at $19.99 were not the Ideal Balance ones. The small Ideal Balance bag was $21.99. The Hills Science Diet bags are all together and I almost grabbed the wrong one because they all look alike.
My male cat really seemed to like it because this morning he was trying to open the bag himself!! Too funny!

My little persan like it too
She was licking her lips...very funny...but if you change from another brand make sure to balance the food between the two like the explanation.

Just skimming their ingredients list..they don't really make any good food at all. Most manufacturers use corn/grain based ingredients as a filler and they tend to make up a majority of their foods. Pets can't digest large amounts of grains, especially the ones most common in food.
http://www.dogfoodproject.com/index....badingredients This is a good site which explains the different fillers used.

I will try this too. Not sure if I will give it to my furry friends or donate it.
Just joined Kiva.org, an organization that funds micro-loans to people in developing countries. I love the idea that the $25 I saved in groceries can be given to a fish woman with 5 children in the Philippines to help grow her business.

I'm going to head over to Petcetera. Pick up some World's Best Cat Litter + Science Diet and a few other need to have items. If I spend $50 I get $25 back with the Petcetera promotion, which I'll use towards another purchase of Cat Litter + Science Diet. Claim the rebates, be gracious for multiple addresses and move on.
That is a great bargain! The food is a bit more expensive at Petcetera - It's $1 more then what the rebates covers, but its still good.
Anyone have any idea if there's any airmile's bonuses at Global Pet Store? The ladies at my local shop are devastatingly adorable & helpful!

the rebate says you have to include the upc code from the bag itself. So I guess we have to dump the food into another bag, in order to send in the upc code, if I am understanding correctly.

Hills is offering a rebate. Purchase any size of Ideal Balance dry food up to $19.99, then fill in the form found at the link below. They require the UPC, receipt and the form to get the rebate cheque but they give you the full value up to that magic $19.99 number.
