have you tried Trim Animal Hospital, not sure what the prises are there, but my rescue goes there all the time.

I used the ottawa spay/neuter clinic when it was time to have my cats neutered. They were priced well and didn't require the cats to have their shots before being done.
I don't believe in vaccinations for 100% indoor cats, and I follow a strict deworming schedule for them at home.
Also, they refuse any animals that are not 100% healthy, plus they will trim their claws back while sedated at no charge.
