It's fine to eat. It had something to do with the claim of what exactly the "health benifits" their probotics offered.

Probably something to do with the "Activia Challenge" that lead consumers to believe if they consumed 1 a day they would lose weight.

I ate one every day with my Big Mac and I didn't lose an ounce!

There are two categories...for those with receipts and those without. Either way, make sure to get your free money if you bought this product. Nothing much worse than ignoring free money imo!
LF: Chapman's ice cream and Dare coupons. DS has a peanut allergy so it's the ONLY ones we buy. Lots FT.

Well, I"m not going to start hoarding receipts on the off chance of a class action lawsuit for a product I buy.

So everyone can receive $15 even if they've never bought the yogurt?! Oh dear, I can see this being taken advantage of big-time. I think I only tried the yogurt once and only bc I had a coupon of course.

Actually, I used to buy a lot of the Danactive drinks. Didn't realize those were included until I read a little further. Can't remember if it was before or after 2009 though :-S

So I can basically go out and buy $50 worth of these products and submit the receipts and get my $50 back? WOW!

You need to read the form. You are swearing you bought the product! The part to fill in is actually very short.

Only if the person is ok with swearing a false declaration. The person submitting the form swears he/she bought the product.

Just a sworn statement is also enough if you don't have receipts , according to the article
