What? I need Snow Leopard? But I have Lion and I can't install Java. Lion is newer than Snow Leopard. Argh!

I have the exact same problem. At the iMac store they said that you have to have Snow Leopard ( or some other large cat) upgrade to install the new Java. I have a 10.5.8 that I bought a couple of years ago and I need to update it now to get Java again. The guy said the newer models automatically have this installed.

I'm not 100% it will work, but it works for me!
You'll have to download Safari from http://support.apple.com/downloads/#internet
and just use that web browser to access smartsource and print!

It actually a Recall. My DH and I ran into this problem last year when trying to buy Buckley's and Neocitrin. This has been ongoing now for about a year and a half.

At the beginning they were just telling me they were re-doing the formulas. Now they are telling me they are renovating the plant it is made at. Last night on the news I heard that it was because of a major recall quite some time ago and they haven't taken the measures to fix everything yet.

So here, have a $5 coupon on products no one can find. Hopefully that will make us customers happy. Yes, I'm very happy with a coupon I can't use.

Imagine all the money they are losing out on?! My DH alone probably spends $500 a winter on their products. Maybe more, who knows? Now imagine that times 1,000,000.

the box mentions novartis and the coupon says any novartis product....but its not listed under the coupon when i printed it

Apparently Novartis makes not only Neocitran...but also all the generic brands that are sold through LD, WM etc. I stopped up the last two boxes at my LD about a month ago. Haven't' seen any since.
