stop......stop now......I seriously ferked up my metabolism by crash dieting way past anorexia territory..get yourself to a doctor and a dietician rather than a quack internet site...
at 19 you are still growing in height...that diet is seriously short in proteins and high in fats and sugars..you need more fibre.
Short answer : no Long answer : NOOOOOOOOOOO!

We sometimes use it as a base for breakfast smoothies but it is really expensive. I suspect that is because of the multi-level marketing nature of the program. Tastes darn good though
So many coupons....so little time!

Here's something that I've heard is really good at helping people lose weight: Eat less, Exercise more.

well, i understand the nature of being weary about internet sites like this. BUT like i said, i did my research. each smoothie actually has 22% daily fiber, 1 gram of sugar, and a lot of protein..... it is certainly not a crash diet by any means... in fact each smoothie i make about 300 calories, plus snack plus a GOOD dinner... so that puts me around 1200 to 1400 calories a day...

Where is the yummy food?! No cheese? No bread? No meat? Odd, I really thought those items were in that food pyramid thingie, didn't see a section for stupid shakes but what do I know?
Also, wouldn't suggest weighing yourself every two days because its not very accurate. Once a month is plenty IMO.Insert Clever Signature Here
