It does say on the terms & conditions page 'Please allow 4 weeks for delivery' which has already passed. I'm guessing they haven't changed the expected shipping time from US to Canada.
Ducks is a known brand and I'm pretty sure these samples will be sent out, I'm guessing it's just taking longer, I'll be patient for another little while :)
