So the worst surprise in a downtown sdm was on friday,when i go there to take advantage of 18,500 points while also getting 8,000 pts when sign up a new card for daughter.that everything was regular priced.Can you imagine shopping in sdm when everything is regular priced....(((It turned out that when there is a long weekend monday coming,sdm in downtown will be having no flyer fridays.
also about 8,000 points not sure if add up on oct 19 as its combining 2 promotions.

#1, bought a gc $200. got 2000 pt
#2, $75 + taxes of biothem face cream. point 750+ 18500+20000= 39250
#3, $65 biotherm serum + $10 cookies,,,,,lol point 750+18500+20000=39250

total point = 80500.

some $ left on the gc. on next bonus pt event, i can get $200 worth products..

i rather think i deposit my $ as pt and got the cream n serum FREE....

It also came with a very nice gift with purchase make up bag with biotherm products..and to top it all lady was very generous... Gave me about 30 items of free sample including 3 different 100 ml of Vichy products...she was awesome!

Can someone please tell me if there’s a change in sdm points program? Is manufacturer coupons still count toward bonus points?

Ask cashier to tell me when pretax before coupon total is over $75, my sub total $76+
Then handed in my coupons all manufacturer coupons code 2001, $10 total

But then I noticed the price of the earbud is $8.49 each instead of $6 so I price check and got the price corrected to $6 each. Cashier then announce that my subtotal is under $75 no bonus points but I ignored her thinking I would still get the points using coupons. I completely forgot that my subtotal is under $75 now due to the price error. (short by $4)

My receipts showed that I earned a measly 600 points so I asked her if I could increase my purchase and of course she did the return and re-purchase for me while insist that my subtotal after coupon should be over $75. So I had to purchase $80+ subtotal after coupon and got the 18500 points.

Can I return some merchandise as long as my pre-tax pre-coupon total is $75?
