for the price (29.95) i found the medium to coarse hair remover did NOT remove all the hair from upper lip. The skin was smooth and the odor didn't burn my nose as the Jolene brand does. However I am left with patches of hair that the cream did not remove. I contacted the company and will be reimbursed for the cost of the product.
possibly those with finer hair will benefit best from this product.....I however will stick to the waxing deal that can be found on groupon! This thread is currently associated with: Olay

Found the same thing. I have mostly fine hair, but have a tiny bit of course hairs. The cream took care of the fine hair but left the course hair. I ended up plucking.

Thanks for the reviews of this product. I was tempted to buy it but I 've changed my mind.

Thanks for the reviews. I was thinking of trying this. I have tried Nair in the past but it was too harsh on my skin.
