Jezebel's Surprise Advent Package Train

Well tonight just sucked!! I have been on a couple new medications and I feel a bit "zoned out" have have been exhausted and have had a massive headache! So tonight I needed to take a movie we rented back to the variety store behind us and twisted my ankle.. it bent so far that I felt a massive CRACK! So I now have a twisted ankle and its all swollen and hurts like a B**** to try and walk let alone go up a flight of stairs every time I have to go to the washroom! This is going to be a pain in the behind!!! :rant:

hey all! I keep forgetting to pm my tracking # to Jezz, :(
I asked my friend who works at sdm today about the mega redemption, she told me that she recently talked about the mega redemption with the cosmetics ladies and she doesn't know about the changes this year. I told her that there might be some increase, blah blah, she said she will find it out for me but I'm sure I will read it here before I hear from her lol :) I am soooo disappointed about the changes though, I just made it to 95k today :(

Juliep.. PLEASE get your ankle looked at it sounds like its fractured. OUCH! take care of yourself.

yay to Santa Peachy!! sorry I didn't post a picture :( I had lots going on here yesterday ...I was partially working if you count dropping my mom off for court as there is rarely parking (good for me though since I use her car :P) then a bit of shopping then pick up my mom again to drop her at a law office......

I came home for a bit to let out Zoey.....well my next plans to finish wrapping Coyotes prezzies didn't happen :( will spare the graphic details but I no longer have Zoey but I have an injured Jezebel :bawling:

...for whatever reason out of the blue Zoey attacked Jezz :( The rescue came and picked up Zoey and have placed her in a house with no pets or children...

Zoey will be a loving companion as long as she is the only pet...that being said Coyote you have some eat now prezzies since I didn't wrap them :P also there are random gifts that say "open me when you want to !!!" you will be recieving 1 more gift day 22 I think as it didn't arrive in time ....

I will take a pic of the gift you sent me as soon as I clear a spot Jezz can't reach as she will eat the curly ribbon LOL

I haven't been on today much as I am not feeling well and have been in bed most of the day.....hopefully tomorrow is better ....

Hope you feel better Julie and your ankle stops hurting although you may want to get it checked !!!

When I was younger I fractured my ankle and it bruised right away.. I am thinking because that didn't happen that it might not? I am going to see how it is in the morning.. I don't have anyone to take me to the hospital and it will be difficult with my daughter she has no patience.. Anyone know if a walk in clinic would be able to tell me anything?? I can walk on it but its really sore.. I can more my toes but to flex hurts a lot!

Julie, about 10 years ago I sprained my ankle. The night I did it, it hurt but i didnt think too much of it i just kept it up. It was my right foot so it was my driving foot and I could drive just fine. The next morning it was sooo swolen and I couldnt walk! I ended up going to the walk in clinic, lucky for me my family doc was working the walk in that day and it had turned out it was a major sprain and I was off work for a week doc's orders! (I worked at KFC at the time so i was on my feet for 8-9 hours a shift) Definately go get it checked out!

Krystey, i really hope Jezz is ok, I hate seeing hurt kitty's! Sorry to hear about Zoey but that may have been best for Jezz's well being and health.

Just spent the last 4-5 hours Christmasfying my house! :) Other than window clings, my Christmas village and a few wall things Im done :) I couldnt handle hearing and seeing other being done already!

I'm so sorry to hear that...I hope Jezz isn't hurt badly and that she recovers asap. It could be something like prey drive (unfortunately, instinct can't be trained out of an animal) or something like miscommunication between them (cats' and dogs' body language usually oppose each others'). It's hard to tell without knowing the details surrounding the incident. BUT, Zoey might have an even better chance at a successful adoption because it's now certain she can't be with cats or children. Sorry it was found out under these circumstances though :frown:.

And Juliep, hope it's nothing serious with your ankle and it's feeling much better tomorrow.

Zoey was becoming very protective of me ...even though there was nothing to protect :P ..I was told she had some detachement issues ...her and Jezz acted like buddies but I noticed a few days ago she hurried over if I picked up Jezz and Zoey wanted me to pick her up instead....so it appears she just did not want to share me :( and here I was looking at adopting her.....

I know ppl have told me it is not my fault but I feel terrible :(

I was sitting in the chair and Zoey was sitting on the cushion behind me in the chair and Jezz came to hop into my lap and Zoey jumped off the chair growling and tackled Jezz and I had to pry open her mouth off Jezz's neck cause Zoey would not let go :(

she was in shock and had multiple wounds and internal bleeding but she is going to be okay.....I will not take another rescue while I have my furr baby Jezz....

yay only 4 ppl left to mail !!! would have been mailed but for some the post office is closed on Saturdays .....where I used to live the post office was closed Saturdays and the bank on Mondays...sheesh how annoying !!!
