Jezebel's Surprise Advent Package Train

have you guys started doing sdm list for this week?
I just finished my shopping list(well not completely finished) and have $40 extra lol :) but I know I will spend more then my redemption amount when I go there lol :) I'm buying mostly grocery, 3x huggies pull-ups, 1x quo eye palette $22.99(but need to see the colours first, dishwasher cleaner, jetdry, toothbrush/toothpaste for the kids, etc...

So agian today I had to make the 2 1/2 hr trip to the Cancer Centre. So after I picked up my military van to drive myself there I was driving past our Canex where my mail box is and though longly that I would not be home until after it closes. I drove past it and then in an act of rebellion against the man pulled into the next parking lot turned around and pulled in ( we are not suppose to take DND vehicles into the canex and most definitely not suppose to use them for personal use like picking up mail lol) So I had it all planned out I would sneak into the canex quickly check my post box and if anyone saw me I would just say I had to use the bathroom. Now here is were I don't always think my plans through to the end, cause low and behold there was my parcel slip. So all excited i run in present my slip to postal lady and am then handed a freaked refrigerator box (not really but close). So know I have a problem military guys all around and me with a giant Christmas wrapped present. So what to do, ah Plan B I grab it proud as can be walk through the store and out the door exclaiming loudly OH look what I found in the bathroom. Put it in the van and peeled out as fast as I could. Now I had a pretty good idea who my buddy was as I had this pretty lady on a train in the summer. But to be sure when I got to the Cancer centre I dove into the back and tore into it. I am pretty sure I looked feral to all the people passing and looking in and I may or may not have screamed "my precious" and "don't judge me". I found the card (oh I hope it was an open me now, no number on it) And yes it was TMLSKK01. Thank you so much for the beautiful card and the Tims gift card. THANK YOU THank you I cannot wait until Saturday.

PS DD Hailey loves the stickers on the packages especially the unicorn.

Just wondering how everyone is doing with waiting to open!

I hid my box and am trying really hard not to think about it... I know I will cave and want to rip everything open ;) Im busying myself with planning DD's 1st birthday party happening on Dec 1st...so I'm gonna have to wait til the end of the day to open gift #1... Sigh*

Counting down the days (with the kids ;) )...

Yaay! I'm so happy it arrived! I was nervous because Jezz messages me today because she didnt have my tracking number and it hadnt arrived! So I was running around my house looking everywhere for the slip, finally found it (in my coupon binder of all places) checked and it had arrived :) I forgot to write open me now on the card so I'm happy you opened it because I didnt even think to write who the package was from anywhere else. I hope you like everything :)

OH! forgot to to say;

The stickers are to cover up the masking tape I had to use to finish wrapping hehehe

they are all put away....out of sight out of mind. My son is really excited as the first gift is for him.....advent calendar. but after that i can't wait to rip into my first one....lol. my son keeps asking and counting down the days....lol i think that he is more excited than i am, but truly i have a few other things on my mind.....lol

Mine are all out on the dinning room table-- I have been a good girl... so far ;) I look and touch them everyday... I really want to open up day 1.. it has a "xoxo" on it :)

I have placed an electric fence around mine so in the event I breach the perimeter it will knock me out until Saturday lol


DD keeps me honest she would know if I peaked and reprimand me

I hide mine in the closet under the big bag of cat food..... I have been keeping myself busy so I try not to think about it.... but it is very very very very hard.

I have mine hidden in the closet lol I know that I would peek if I left it out - plus DH is would bug me to open all of the gifts at once as he says "who will find out?!?"
