    My DS loves these salads - they have peppers, cheese, lettuce, etc., and broken nacho chips to top it with. The dressing I think is a combination of salsa and cream. Anybody ever recreate it at home?

    Yep! I make a taco salads all the time- especially if I have a lot of leftovers (ice berg) from the making them the night before!

    I just stir together sour cream, salsa and hot sauce. SO good!
    Thin out with milk if you want, or wit lime juice.

    My friend just asked the girl at the superstore salad counter who makes them... I think she said it was ranch dressing and taco seasoning but honestly, that could be wrong.

    they used to make a salsa ranch one which was really good. SIL uses taco seasoning mixed with mayo and French dressing.
