Me too! I've been stocking up big time on household/pantry goods & baby supplies (plus the pig & garden produce in the freezer)....hoping that by the time Christmas & Baby (Jan) arrive, I'll be fully stocked and be able to get through winter buying only perishables: Dairy, fruits & veggies :) That would be great....but we'll see what I end up with!

These are the redemption levels just given me by Murale (in Montreal):

134K points = $300
95K points = $210
50k points - $105

Murale (in Montreal) will begin offering the redemption on Nov 29th to coincide with their 4th(?) anniversary celebration, until Dec 1 (as Doda mentioned in an earlier post). I would assume it's the same levels for SDM but don't know for sure. I do not know if SDM will be doing the redemption on just Dec 1 or both Dec 1 and 2.

I know people are going to be disappointed - I am too. Don't shoot the messenger, please :cheesygrin:

At least the $300 tier is good for anyone after a big ticket item. Less $ OOP.

So lets me see if I did 2 redemptions
2 x 95k = 190k points for 2 x $210 = $420
2 x 134k = 268k points for 2 x $300 = $600
If I transfer 95k in points to hubby's card I can do 3 redemptions
3 x 95k = 285K in points for $630
so an extra 17k in points for $30 more.
I don't have any big ticket items to buy which is better the 95k value or the 134k value. Decisions, decisions.

This will be my first mega redemption. I only started colecting points a few months ago. I didn't really have any until I bought Gift cards and 2 xboxes. Now that I have enough points I'm having the same struggle. Do I just hang on to them, spend them this weekend (because the flyer has some good prices on things I need), or save them for mega redemption and possibly have no good sales that weekend?

Murale dont have the same promos as SDM, still holding out for SDM proof

134k for $300 would be awesome(i want something that's almost $300 so i would have to pay tax only),better then 95000=$210 only. i have my fingers crossed. (but 95000 for 250 would be the perfect deal)

I just looked back to last years promotion for Murale and they had the same promotion as Shoppers last year in December. I hope its not the same this year.

k someone please help me out. i think ive lost all ability to calculate lol cuz something doesnt make sense

regular redemption:
170$ / 95,000 pts = 0.0017
whats we"re hoping mega is:
250$ / 95000 pts = 0.0026

what the gossip says:
210$ / 95000 pts = 0.0022
300$ / 134000 pts= 0.0022

so the more points i spend (i.e 300$) redemption, the value of my points stays the same?
