Is this the confession thread? Well it all started Friday, had real lasagna from an Italian bakery ( not GF or DF 1/2 serving), then went straight for the baked goods that I bought for a get together Saturday. Why stop there? At the get together I ate ALL the items available...fall off the bone BBQ ribs, lasagna ( AGAIN!) Caesar salad, 3 cans of raspberry gingerale ( well no alcohol at least ), 5 large shrimp with cocktail sauce, 6 small bbq pork slices, 7 cashews, 2 cup veg fried rice, then 1/2 rum baba, 1/2 pear tart and small slice tiramisu cake.
Should I even bother weighing in tomorrow? Oh well at least I am off work, NO MAIL everyone, Remembrance Day stat.
Lost 3 lbs. Hope you all had a great week.

Going to hit the gym 5 days this week!
I think my smoothie in the am is really helping
Smoothie:
2 handfuls baby spinach
3tbsp of hemp hearts
1 cup of rice milk
5 frozen strawberries
Blend till smooth---enjoy!!!
-1.5 lbs miraculously. Birthday weekend food killed me, but I think this cold is helping somehow...

forgot to set my alarm so didn't go to the gym this morning, :( which means I can't weigh in till tmw...no scale at home. not a good start to the week...the scale better make it better tmw!
0 lost yet again :rolleyes:. My only consolation is we have 6-7 weeks to go.
Down 2 lbs! I plan to reward myself in a counter productive manner (one evening or meal) this week and then saddle right up again (Patty's pictures scare me).
NO weight loss this time...but I did treat myself this weekend so lol
