We like it!
I'm not super picky about bread as I rarely eat it, but I made a sandwich with it and found that since it is slightly thicker, I was able to put more stuff in it.
I toast the bread of the stove like one would when making grilled cheese! Lightly buttered and toasted until golden. Perfect.
If I want a lower carb meal, I cut one slice into two.

I tried this with the FPC's and wasn't too crazy about it, found it too dense and maybe even a bit too moist if thats possible. That being said, my husband and kids loved it. I generally bake whitebread once in a while instead of buy since it's kind of just empty calories.
