Thread: Free Pedometer?

Anyone know where I can get a free pedometer? I know Alberta or Manitoba were running health campaigns that had them but I can't find any on the east coast or in any sort of giveaway or sign up program. I bought a pedometer and it just didn't work right. I'd walk for an hour and it would say I walked 52 steps.
I have trouble staying motivated with exercise because I have a disability and so it isn't really easy by any stretch. I don't want to buy another one and just end up wasting more money. And besides... free stuff just makes me happy.

last year it was with purchasing some yogurt I think?

I did a search for you for the last 30 days for any promotions, but they do not appear to have any. What I did found was that if you have an Android phone, Google will sync up the GPS to see how far you walked.
