    I made these last week and am making a second batch today. My sister tried one and her response was "this cookies is divine!" I'm making the second batch so that I have some for her (we both bake and then swap half each so that we have more variety, with less effort and so that all the family favorites are covered).

    Dh is allergic to tree nuts, so made some for him that used peanuts instead of pecans and that version is really good too.

    i know I am currently dealing with gestational Diabetes and it has been extremely difficult to not eat my box of ferrero rocher but i will say it is coming to the hospital with me in march in hopes that it goes away and i can finally eatthem
