    I planning on buying huggies diapers ,, i dont have coupons ,,no costco or stacking here, so per diaper like toilet paper , what is the best stocking up price..

    I buy pampers baby dry size 3 and have bought them as low as .13 a diaper, that was with a $2.50 off coupon.
