Donations to the food bank/women's shelter would be greatly appreciated as I would like to make a large donation an annual tradition. :) A Dec. meeting date is TBA but I would like to start gathering the donations now as I might not make the Dec. meeting as December is a very busy month for me at work.

Good idea. I am juggling work, family and a few project lately so I am finding life. I will do a drop off at the women's shelter soon and then be on a 'temporary hiatus'. My vote is that you should organize it as a Food Bank donation / swap night.
Okay what night works best for people?
Any night is ok'd for me.
In general Tuesday and Wednesday nights work better for me than Monday and Thursdays. Almost all Thursdays are no go, while Mondays are about a 50/50 proposition.
Thursday is a no-go for me and I find Wednesday seems to be a night that I end up working late. Tuesday would be preferable...
