FactoryDirect.ca a place for deals on broken items

I had the worst experience in my life with FactoryDirect.ca today, I hope that I can prevent others from the same experience, the quality of merchandise is far from adequate for selling, the customer service seems to be something they have never studied or care to understand.

If you had experiences with stores like this in general please advise us, only stores that are in business to stay in business and provide quality merchandise and customer service should have consumers spend their hard earned money.

I love factorydirect.ca they have always have me great customer service and even went above and beyond before when I was buying a cell phone a few years ago.
My gramma bought a computer there a year ago after hers died and its been working great!
Ive found so many great deals there over the years!
