First win....8 , quads seem sooooo distant :)
It is easier to get search win quickly if you have a dynamic IP that can be changed by logging out of your internet and then back in. It gives you a slightly different address so then I find I can get another win quickly if there are wins to be had. Otherwise you usually have to wait. I rotate browsers and computers as well and that helps. Ie one search on the desktop and then one on my phone.
Cable internet is usually static IP so the above method is unlikely to help.
SB used to track your IP for search win, but I believe they are no longer doing it now. I can get all search win (max 3 wins) using the same IP without any wait .... All you need to do is to clear browser cookie and/or maybe browser history (since some cookie store in browser history).
