I just had the same experience. Just the one 100 sb survey was good the first day... All dqs after that.

just got a PL survey from insightrix on car and home insurance - SUPER EASY, less than 5 minutes to complete for 48!!

It shouldn't. I got 2 new Gold surveys today. Even you got DQ, you should get a filter screen first asking you the province/city you are currently living or household yearly income, etc ... If you don't get that screen, either you try this survey somewhere else or the account itself has some problem. Try another browser and see if it can help.

Also, I think every new account should have a filter survey worth only 1 point, you shouldn't get DQ immediately for that survey since it is a short profile survey.

NOTE : PL has lots of Gold survey, so make sure you check Gold survey first before PL. Usually, I will see the survey appear in Gold survey first and it will appear on PL after few hours if there is existing quota.

^^ I very rarely even try the surveys under PL - have about 7 sitting there right now

I contacted support but nothing yet on the issue - I will try a different browser but already know it won't help as right now I am in FireFox and there is a bunch of surveys for me, just switched over to IE & Chrome and they all disappear


Hopefully it gets fixed but 5SB is better than nothing

What a fantastic journey it was, but as all good things do, our Swagbucks Spring Tour ’14 has come to an end! THANK YOU to everyone who participated, encouraged their teammates and helped out in any way possible. That’s the best part about these challenges. Seeing everyone’s camaraderie, team spirit and togetherness. Great work!!
We’d like to congratulate all of the members from the Rail Riders – winners of our Swagbucks Spring Tour ’14 Team Challenge! They jumped out to an early lead and never looked back! The competition was fierce and close throughout, but they came out on top.


Remember, EVERY person that contributed at least 1 point to their team total will receive a Swag Buck Bonus! These bonuses will be awarded by April 28th!

I didn't know Gold survey has any dependency on browser unless it doesn't like one of the plugins you installed. Usually they rely on Java and Flash Player. I remember the very first week I got the Gold survey in Clixesense (= Simplicios in Clixsense), I got lots of DQ immediately since dashboard shows all survey available even it shows those I already tried/completed. However, it is getting back to normal after few days. Let's wait for few more days, if it continues to happen. You may want to contact support again.

If you have Clixsense account, try to use different browser and see if it works there. However, make sure you fill the short profile survey first, otherwise you won't see the survey.
