When you shop at Amazon from swagbucks, how long until you see your SB? I've shopped twice in the past few months and nothing has credited yet. Is this normal? I clicked on amazon from the SB site and he told me I was earning SB for my purchases but nothing has shown up.

If your items are sold by "Amazon", not by third-party, you should earn points. If you don't see the points after 32 days, then you need to submit a support ticket. Also, make sure your items is under one of the qualify product category.

Normally, your points should be shown up in "Pending" status under Shop&Earn within 5 days after your items have shipped.

Some items are sold by other companies, but fullfilled by Amazon. These items may not qualify for the rebate. However, I haven't tested it out.

If you believe your items are under qualified product category, you need to file support ticket if points do not appear after 32 days. After 60 days, they cannot help you according to the FAQ.

You may / may not do anything wrong, sometimes their system lost the tracking id, but they can add it for you manually. Also, make sure you add the items only after click on the SB Shop&Earn.
