Under encave on my profiles it says there are no activities available. do items just show up randomly?

I sent SB a ticket today asking them to change up the time that Encrave is available, as for people like me on the West Coast, they aren't available as of 8am, so I'm missing out ! Of course, they gave me some blanket answer that didn't even address my concern.

I believe SB is trying to find the best way so it can earn the best profit. Encrave/SBTV/Games are used to generate indirect income, so it is NOT something, the more people use, the more earning will come. However, it can create traffic to the site which allows them to add different type of ads like banner and video. I guess they will test this at least for this month. They may probably change back to normal OR place another limitation starting next month. So no matter how reasonable your complain, SB will stick with its plan.

From others that I have been talking to they are available for the same amount of time for everyone
