Oh my good lord, I did a candy survey this aft that was the longest ever to get through, I had to do others things while trying to get it done it. It was so slow between ea Q, and there were too many Qs, also very repetitive, then it even timed out, and finally at the end I of course got that "oops, sorry about that" error msg. Luckily, GS is being great lately responding & crediting immediately, so I got credit.
