2. Added a bank account.

Can anyone help with this? I am trying to get paypal cashout for my SBs this time and its giving me the following message.

Here's what I have done so far!

- created paypal account with the same name and email as the one on SBs
- Validated paypal email - didnt link any bank account or credit card though
- Contacted paypal support about this issue and they say I have to contact SB
- Contacted SB Support and there is no response yet.

Hoping someone here will have an idea.

I guess the only thing I can try is to add one of my credit cards (maybe walmart or target) and then see. But really dont want to link any accounts if not needed.

I have android phone and when I login to the mobile version of the website - I find it in Special offers.

Also, Trial Pay and other offer walls have these listed for Iphone or andriod. If you are using your laptop for the offer, it usually sends link to your email that you can access from your phone. Click - Install - and get SBs.

side note that if you do add a bank account you can cash the paypal out for cash in your account and spend it on anything. I have had less issues with my paypal account in the many years I have had one than my debit card which the bank replaces on a regular basis because it may be compromised
