I wish they refund my points back, its ok if I can't do this until next month. It took almost one whole month collecting this much points.

They probably will refund the points back to your account later if they cannot fix it. In this case, you may not able to redeem it again until next month for the $5 one, so you lose two opportunities on redeeming the discount $5.

Also for the LTG, I think they took it down only for Canada since US people still have the LTG, plus they add another similiar offer for US people and they call it Desktop Girl according to SB facebook

Beginning tomorrow, October 22nd, you’ll have the chance to win these 4 collectible bills through the use of Swagbucks Search. Random search wins will feature Trick or Treat-themed art which will automatically be stored in your account ledger under the Collector’s Bills tab.
Details:

• 10/22/14 – 10/31/14 (end at 12:00pm PT)

I saw there is one person post the same problem in SB FB regarding the AGC. I hope it is just because the date mess up in SB database, not because someone steals the code directly from SB database. I know there was issue last month about the Walmart gift card in US. Bunch of US people got zero balance when they try to use it.

Probably the security concern is the main reason for the delay delivery of AGC. Still haven't got the $5 and $15 AGC redeem on 2nd and 3rd.

I wish they refund my points back, its ok if I can't do this until next month. It took almost one whole month collecting this much points.

I am still having problems accessing my e-rewards
Everytime I receive an email advising my e-card is available I click on the link and nothing happens....then I have to send them a ticket and they respond with ideas of how to access it, and none of it works.......is anyone else still having issues too ?
