It appears that we managed to break the old thread, so here is the new one!
How to make the most out of Swagbucks?
Use swagbucks as your home page or download the toolbar to help you remember to search. You can win up to 4 times a day searching but spread out your searches or you can be put in "time out" When you search, random searches will get a search win with an image of the amount you won at the top of the page. You may also need to enter a captcha
Each day you can get some guaranteed swagbucks
Daily Poll: 1SB for voting
NOSO: 2SB for viewing No Obligation Special Offers (you don't need to sign up for anything)
Toolbar: 1SB per day for using the toolbar
Games: Play 2 games to get 2SB - capped at 10SB per day (after playing, click no thanks to submit score and click back to games at the top of the page)
SBTV: 10 videos = 3SB (check if you have enough bandwidth as bandwidth overage can be expensive)
Then there are other activities you can use to get more swagbucks
Tasks: The tasks page has tasks you can complete to win swagbucks, it cashes out when you earn 20SB or more. The favourite task right now is "casino tasks" where you just need to enter a search term, find the matching casino site ad tell them which page you found it for 4SB each.
Surveys: There are a number of places you can find surveys.
Homepage Survey - complete one max per day for 60SB
Trusted Surveys - pay from 25-500SB
Special Offers - some of the special offer walls have surveys, Peanut Labs are the most reliable for payment
Note that most of these surveys can be found on survey sites that pay more for them, but are a great way to get to your daily goal
Special Offers: You can get paid for everything from signing up to a site, installing a game, online shopping and more. Check the different walls often to see if something suits you. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is - make sure you have a virus scanner running if you download anything from these walls and take a screenshot of the completion step in case they do not credit.
Groupon: The TrialPay wall pays 45SB for each groupon deal you buy in a separate transaction.
Shop & Earn: Swagbucks are now offering swagbucks when you shop online, click through from the Shop & Earn page to earn swagbucks, most pay 1-10SB per $1 but there are occasional sites and special offers that pay more per $
Coupons: Print coupons from their page and earn 1SB for each one you redeem (they can take 3 months to credit)
All of these can be found under the EARN tab on the swagbucks homepage
Codes: Codes are 'gifts' from swagbucks, they can be found on the homepage, facebook, twitter, swagstore, toolbar and more. Check here regularly to see if there is an active code. They are time sensitive and case sensitive. If you are having problems entering it, make sure that there is no space before or after the code. Codes are not allowed to be shared, you can let people know there is one out and give clues but not actually give the code. They often have a unique code after them and look like IAmACode189xh78
Referrals: When someone signs up under your link, you get matching search wins up to 1000SB, so share your referral link and if you are thinking of signing up, use a link in this thead to help someone out :)
Monthly & Daily Bonus: Each day, there is a goal on the homepage. These have ranged from 40-130SB per day. If you meet that goal, you get a daily bonus of around 10% of the goal. If you make goal for 7+ days in a row you get the following bonuses
7 Straight Days 25 SB + Daily Bonuses
14 Straight Days 100 SB + Daily Bonuses
21 Straight Days 200 SB + Daily Bonuses
Full month 300 SB + Daily Bonuses
If you did 14 days then missed a day, then got 7 days and missed some, you would get 100+25+ the daily bonus for every day you made it to goal
