Are they allowed to do 20 x events WUS $ 50 etc or buy products with BP on them ( not through BP cpn but straight BP products ) and get those BP ( without BP cpn )

I think their employee discount is also through their SDM optimum card , so I guess they need one. They probably have to swipe their optimum card to get the employee discount.

I was told that they get 30 % off regular priced items ( not sale priced ) ..some exclusions might apply I guess like electronics etc.

If the item is on sale they get either the sale price or 30 % off the reg. price whichever is lower.

Not sure about the 30 % off though , seems a bit high to me ..but then again considering SDM's jacked up regular prices ..30 % off them as an employee discount is doable as long as certain items like cameras , PS3 , Games , DvD's etc are excluded .

Maybe some SDM employee can confirm the employee discount they get ..% off

Yes, their discount is ONLY done through their optimum card.
They are only allowed to pay with cash, debit or the sdm MC.
Yes, the 30% is right for most items. There is different discounts for different things.
They find out the price after the optimum card is scanned - usually only the way to find out their discount on electronics.

And yes, they are allowed to do 20x the points events.

Yes, they can do 20x, but for BP coupons, often it doesnt check the item so they can't use them as they could put say Huggies ones through on makeup or food

I think alot of people are getting fed up with SDM and are done with them
