Seven years ago this morning, I woke up and didn't immediately sit down to coffee and a cigarette for the first time in over 17 years.
I am not good at celebrating my own stuff, and managing to not smoke for this long (after a pack plus per day for all that time) is quite an achievement for me...so
I just wanted to pat myself on the back a little.
Mission accomplished, LOL...now my little self-indulgent moment is over!

Hell of an accomplishment to be where you are! Good for you! I'm going on 1 year and 4 months and DAMN it feels good every single day to be able to say I'm a non smoker.
