Toronto's book fair for Francophones and Francophiles returns next month. Admission rates apply ($6 per adult, $5 per student. I have to find confirmation that Saturday admission will be free for kids 12 and under).

The FB link has the wrong dates showing; as per the L'Express article, event runs Dec. 5-8.
Might be a good add-on to your library visit if you have some book gifts to buy from the book vendors directly!
If you'd like to volunteer (min. 3h shift), today's the deadline to indicate your interest to do so.

2015 edition of Salon du Livre Toronto is on until Saturday Dec 5! Great place to find new French books and hear authors do readings. http://www.salondulivredetoronto.ca/
BTW, there is a multilingual bookstore in the Alliance Francais de Toronto called Mosaic that sells French books. It opened on Monday night. http://www.lexpress.to/archives/16164/2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
