I'm having trouble following your post....I'm guessing English is not your first language, so I'm going to post what I think you're saying, and then you can correct me:
You contacted an admin of a coupon site for more information on the details of a coupon (wanting to know how it is people are using a coupon in a certain way, even though the terms stated something opposite). And instead of giving you a straight answer, they tried to get you to purchase a seat at their seminar, and were basically advertising their own course.
You can't find the coupons/tear pads that many people talk about because people are taking more than their fair share (often whole pads), and then either using them to their own advantage, or selling them. One admin/poster on a site complained about how the coupon was one per customer when they couldn't find them, but then went and posted about how they were able to get a bunch of the coupons and use them all in one transaction to gain overage.
It upsets you that people who are running coupon sites are "abusing" coupons, which means you can't find them in stores, and that companies are lowering values and discontinuing coupons because of these people, which means you can't participate on the deals.

don't worry. hang around SC long enough you will everything there is to know (and keep your hard earned money)
as for finding coupons... you will get to know the stores in your area, and which are the best for finding coupons.
it is harder to find them now than it was 3-4 yrs ago, but have faith, you can usually find enough and a decent variety to serve a normal family.

I know it can get frustrating when a site is telling you to be respectful, only take the coupons you need, then that same person posts a picture of their shopping trip and you see 50 of the item using the coupon you are looking for. I feel there's no point it getting to upset about it because it's happened for a few years now and there are people out there that will continue to take entire pads and we can't do anything about it.
What I do like about being here in the US, is that manufacturers are trying to curb the insane behaviours we have seen since Extreme Coupons by printing on the back of their coupons that there is a limit of 4 like coupons per transaction, and some go as far as to add per day! Others have the do not double wording on them.
Hopefully this wording will come to Canada too. It will hopefully stop people from taking entire pads, since they have to work more to get any type of overage. Also, here, the expiry dates are shorter now than they were in previous years. With getting a new SmartSource insert and Redplum insert every Sunday, I guess they feel the dates don't need to be to long, and I agree.
Hopefully sometime soon, we will see this rude and obnoxious behaviour change. Manufacturers are trying to make all coupons responsible, and I for one am happy about that.We all need a little sunshine every now and then
