    Has any one tested out the new coupon policy at any Walmart's in Surrey?
    I went to the one by Scott Rd and asked the cashier and she had no clue.

    I went in this weekend at the super walmart in white rock and used a bunch of coupons that didnt have barcodes and they accepted them
