You will get more ads to click. How many more probably depends on how diligently you click on ads. Since Key gives you an excellent explanation, I won't go into much details. Yes, I make much more from upgrading to premium account. Up to now (~ 11 months), my personal bonus (not including referral bonus) is more than $200. If I'm just a regular member, then I probably only earn around $80.
Whether you need an upgrade, it really depends on how much you earn in one year time frame. One year is probably a long time, you can use one month time frame to check how much you earn. One month costs you around $1.42. If you can earn about $21(from offer, survey and task) in a month, then your upgrade membership fee should be covered. I'm currently talking about non-referrals case. If you have good earning referrals, then it is even better. If you are regularly doing survey, offers and especially tasks here, I think it worths the upgrade even you don't have any referrals.

The survey is about connecting devices, right ? I wasn't having problem in the morning and I only spend 10 mins ... Some survey companies has max amount of time. Maybe they don't like people taking too long on the survey ..

Yeah that was the survey..the devices one.
Got the KFC survey too and a couple more PL. Seems lots of PL float around today. I had 2 cent quick survey but did not do it as it would prbably count towards daily amount
