so weird! I just did a "category" task and it said my accuracy was off...but the examples they gave were actually what was off.
1) one deal offer to categorize was for angry birds lunch box, CF said the answer should have referred to the deal being "hotel related" and a "national offer"? Ummm...???
2) another error they say I had was for a lodging offer...which was NOT in my original list of items to categorize!?!!!
never had this happen before. I commented in their feedback box but will send a separate complaint. Didn't both attempted a second round as I didn't want a repeat and no money for their error.
anywho, with today's earnings my paypal cashout is now above $13. happy am I!
Just got an SSI survey on a magazine - only took 5 minutes (like those surveys and I usually get them on opinion outpost but haven't checked with them in a few days)
Floweredangel - there were relevant tasks popping up all morning. Dang - there is some now
phooey - DQ'd from the magazine survey - guess I should read more magazines besides Glow and Chatelaine :mad:

Been noticing with the relevance tasks today something different - I've almost always gotten "finished" today - no "thanks for your hard work" (keep trying to see if we can get a few more) like I used to previously - just FINISHED.
These relevance task keep distracting me on doing survey

If you don't like fibbing and you don't have credit card debt, you'd probably have an issue with this one, or you'd have to think of questions to keep them on the phone for 5 minutes without sounding too fake.

For the people who have already upgraded. I have enough to upgrade and I was wondering if I upgrade right now will I get 12% for the bonus points I already earned for today or will the points count only after the upgrade?
I just went back and checked the stats for the day I upgraded. The upgrade applied immediately and I got the 12% checklist bonus for that day. There will also be a bunch of on time PTC--those will add to your total given that you have made checklist bonus as well--yes not a lot but every little bit helps.Quote:

The search item term task for 9-cents is looking to be fun already! After first training page I am kicked out saying I am not qualified to do since I got 2 wrong. I say :protest: and go back in and finish training. I do not get paid for training (just to warn as a heads up). So we shall see how long this lasts.........

I've complained before about passing the training stage and not getting paid - same task and they did pay me for the training pagesand getting DQ'd - as a result of the wrong answers in the training stage being counted in my accuracy.Quote:

Vlindal--I think you are talking about the Tell Us how good items match search terms. I got through training page and then two additional pages before they would give me no more. I was not paid for training and believe I should have been. I have just complained on the forum. Job ID is 145598. If you haven`t used the forum before, be sure to include your contributor number in the post as well. Go into any task, click on the little triangle next to help at the top right and the number will be there in the drop down. My apologies if I am telling you stuff you know.
BTW yesterday I complained here and to CrowdFlower for not being paid for two casino tasks yesterday. The payment came through today combined on another task. Maybe it just decided to come through at that moment or maybe they read my message. I did go into the forum and update my message to say I had been paid.
Do you suppose if we complain to CrowdFlower enough they might clean up their act some?
