what are casino tasks and where do you find them? Thanks

Casino tasks come and go within 20 minutes - they usually arrive about 3 1/2 hours earlier and are done as fast as they come up. Some are able to do more than 10 - I'm usually able to do 8 and 10 is really lucky for me. Takes practice and timing - after a few days you'll get to know them. This is one of the best sites to do casinos - the other site is CBF (pay-wise) - IMO.

lcmt - the site does not require phone #, but they do request an address along with e-mail.

the cashout processing fee is 2% of what you cash out via paypal (ie: if you were to cash out $20 they would keep 40 cents)

I myself have not upgraded the account (costs $17 per year) - I don't see the benefits for myself since I don't have many referrals (actually only 1) there is a chart of info regarding upgrading to premium vs. standard account. From what I see the benefits of the upgrade come from having referrals.

PS; the benefits from the site IMO is that the surveys do pay well and so do the tasks - this is where I make most of my earnings from. I do go back and forth between clixsense and CFB regarding tasks - depending on my ability to fill bonus bar with CFB.

Cashout processing fee is reasonable. I only do surveys and casino tasks most of the time, this site may be good for me. Currently, the only site I know has the highest payout for the survey router is Quickrewards.

Sorry, no they just want your physical (mailing address). They don't e-mail a verification like swagbucks - sorry to sound confusing. Of course they need your e-mail for notifications and paypal (like CFB does)
Payout is every Monday so If I'm over $8 I submit my payment request Sunday night.
Survey router (the one that pays .83) has just recently changed from a limit of completing only once every 24 hours to multiple times a day - so that's good!!

Oh, and they have a forum which is helpful and easy to navigate.

If you are doing task, SSI survey and PL survey, this site is paying better. Also, they allow you to do multiple SSI surveys per day at anytime. However, I will still do the casino task on CBF to get my BB and JP entries. Other benefit of doing survey here is the instant credit.

For the click, Basic membership only gurarntee 1 ad click per day, but the checklist requires 2 click per day. Should I save the ad click right now in order to meet the checklist in the future ?
