Very confused... be kind plz

I am super-new to this business of trading... so new in fact that I haven't done it yet. I am overwhelmed by all the codes, numbers and abbreviations. I just don't have enough time to devote to listing out all the coupons with all that info and then track them all. I have ADHD so even trying to organize it all is just too confusing for me. I'd need help in person to do that.

So, please forgive me for not following some mysterious etiquette or lingo, etc.

I do have some coupons I cannot use myself and I do need some... so... I have no idea what info needs to be posted to make it all up to scratch. To be honest, I read other posts and have no idea what some of the info even means!

So, I will do my best, k?

What I have to trade away:

• 1 x $2 off any size - Breathe Right Strips exp May 31 2013
• 4 x $1 off 454g/567g Crisco Shortening exp Jan 30 2013
• 1 x Buy 2 & save $2 off on any Astro yogurt product exp Jan 31 2013
• 18 x $0.50 off any International Delight exp Jan 31 2013
• 1 x $1 off any Windex 765ml trigger exp Nov 20 2012
• 1 x $1 off Glade Expressions Fragrance Mist starter kit exp Nov 20 2012
• 1 x $5 off Nivea Visage Q10 products ex Dec 08 2012
• 1 x $3 on purchase Schick razor excl 2ct razors exp Dec 13 2012
• 1 x $1 on pledge aerosol exp Mar 31 2013

What I wish to get:

• Iogo yogurt
• Johnson's corn starch baby powder
• granola, any brand
• Hill's Science Diet or Royal Canin Dog Food, canned or dry
• Baxter, Scottsburn, or Farmers milk products
• Dole fruit products - esp pineapple slices, mandarin oranges or the fruit-crisp cups
• Quaker oatmeal

I am willing to send ALL of my trade coupons for 2 or more of anything over $1 off the items in my wish list (exp 12/2012 or later).

I would also suggest browsing through the other trading threads in here just to get the feel and idea of how they are made. Once you start obtaining more coupons to your collection, you will want to start categorizing them so that a potential trader can easily find what you're looking for.

Your list is fine.
well organized and detailed enough.
I would change your title to something like My trade list.

I still don't have a trade list and I've been here over a year. You don't really need one to trade. I just look to see what someone is looking for and see if I have it, then I check out thier tradelist and if they have something I want I message them. You can definately trade without your own tradelist. Have fun and welcome.
