    100% Natural Pancakes Recipe – Gluten Free, Flourless, Low Calorie, Easy

    Check this ingredient list:

    - 1 ripe banana

    - 2 whole eggs


    Just mix in a bowl and make sure the banana is all mashed. Then spray your pan with some PAM, EVO), or coconut oil on low to medium heat, scoop some of the batter on there, give it about 20-30 sec, flip, and done! Serve and eat!

    Cherry Cheesecake Dip - Mix Jello No-Bake Cheesecake mix with one container of Cool Whip. Chill. Top with a can of cherry pie filling. Serve with graham crackers. This would be so handy for a party dish!

    POTATO PANCAKES

    INGREDIENTS:
    6 medium potatoes
    Salt and pepper
    1 small onion
    1 teaspoon ground thyme
    1 large egg
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons flour
    Vegetable oil, for frying

    PREPARATION:
    Set up a bowl of cold salted water. Peel the potatoes and as you peel them, put them in the bowl of salted water. Drain the potatoes, grate them and place them in a sieve set over another bowl. Let them drain over the bowl, collecting all of that liquid for a good 20-30 minutes. Press on the potatoes to get out more liquid.

    Transfer the grated potatoes to a bowl. Slowly pour the water out of the bowl that was under the strainer until you can see the potato starch that’s collected in the bottom. Save the starch and add it to the grated potatoes. Grate the onion into the bowl of potatoes and season the mixture with salt, pepper and thyme.

    Pre-heat the oven to 275°F. Place a wire cooling rack in a baking sheet.

    Beat the egg with the baking powder and flour. Pour over the potatoes and stir to combine.
    In a large skillet, heat a thin layer of vegetable oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until nicely browned on both side. Keep the pancakes warm in the oven as you make more pancakes.

    Here’s what you’ll need… 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 1/4 tsp instant quick rise yeast, 1 1/2 cup warm water, 1 tsp baking soda, vegetable oil, 3 tbsp unsalted butter, coarse sea salt.
    Step 1: Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast and 1 cup warm water in a bowl until doughy.
    Step 2: Dust lightly with flour and place in ziploc bag to rise for about 30 minutes.
    Step 3: Lightly grease baking sheet with vegetable oil.
    Step 4: Combine 1/2 cup warm water with baking soda and microwave for about 1 minute.
    Step 5: Separate dough into 8 pieces and roll out to a rope like shape.
    Step 6: Tie in knot shape and dip in baking soda wash before placing on baking sheet.
    Step 7: Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
    Step 8: Bake for 8-10 minutes (until golden brown) at 450 degrees.
    Step 9: Brush with melted butter when they are hot out of the oven!

    Skinny Taco Dip Recipe:
    (Makes 24 servings)
    Ingredients:
    1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    2 cups chunky, mild salsa
    1 packet low sodium taco seasoning
    2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives

    Directions:
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning. Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle on shredded lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
