Got my 104K pts from 13 transactions and will get another 29K pts from my SDM Opt CC next month.

Im happy with SDM, don't care they were late with handing the pts out, no other points card comes close to them.

You know what is super alarming? I went to change my postal code so no one could get into my account and it automatically changes it back to the right postal code. Given the security on that site, that is super alarming. Decided to just change my address to a random address. The mailed offers aren't great anyways.

I got 2*8K on the old card checked online and 25*8 on the new card on their automated phone system; went thru the receipts to check (I knew I either bought 30 or 28 in total; wasn't entirely sure) and saw that I was 1 transaction short because the cosmetician goofed up the first time and did not scan the new card - she rescanned after I returned moments after the transaction but I guess that was not good enough.

I called SDM was on hold for less than 3 minutes (this was after 7:30 pm) and they said the points would be added within 3 hours.

Tallied all the cards (including hubby's) and we have 1,227,757 points so am only 7,243 points short of 13 redemptions. When I do the first charity redemption I will be sure to get items that give me back some points....

I know..(dreading that VISA bill though; but it gets paid in full every month)

I only take them out of the house when I think I will need them as I fear losing them. I already spent over half with my quarterly diabetic supply order and expect to run out in January and I will be regretting I did not buy more. If only I could order my yearly supplies in December but my drug benefit company won't allow that.

they screwed me for 2 transactions. i've added the receipts, checked them twice...and need to phone them tomorrow to find out what's going on. all are showing the optimum card scanned, all have 2 or more gift cards...even made the boy add the receipts (not that there was any question as they were all numbered and so were the gift cards in case there was a problem). just glad to be questioning 16,000 points instead of 240,000. whew! ...maybe i've made a mistake, but i don't see one on this end.
