    I was told they'd be credited at midnight. There not in my account and it's 7am. This is unlike shoppers to be so late in awarding points

    CSM operator on the optimum line, did say there is a system glitch and they are aware and working on it and all points for qualifying purchases will be awarded well before Mega Redemption.

    I felt satisfied with her answers and it was quite a wait to get through so they are flooded over there

    Okay so there may or may not be a MEGA redemption. Anyone know what they are callling the next redemption. I am getting so confused.

    dh just used my card when buying something at super sale, and no points for me either. Hope the CSM comment that they are working on glitch is accurate. Was not a happy camper about no points.

    I called at 8:02 (I had tried earlier but they weren't open ) and got the same response. I was told it could be Monday or Tuesday before they get everything worked out
