I just bought a waterproof camera, but not from SDM..it is a canon d10...a model from a couple of years ago. Has taken great pictures so far, and has good reviews and is highly recommended by those that have one.

The newer model is a d20, nearly 2x the price and doesn't seem to have as good reviews.

Thanks! We won't be needing any pull-ups anytime soon, but still very good to know.

For those of you buying a waterproof camera, I bought the Olympus one from SDM. We got back from a cruise this week. I haven't seen the pictures on the computer yet, but on the screen they are gorgeous. It is easy to use in water when swimming. The buttons are all on the outside and you don't need to fumble through menus or anything like that.

The shutter speed is super fast too so you can grab fast moving fishies. But it's fast outside water too so you can snap birds or other fast moving things. This camera is fabulous.

One of the few good in salt water that we could find. You just have to be sure to rinse it every night once it's been in salt water to prevent rust. Definitely worth $200
Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

Haven't figured out prices yet, but here's what I'm after:
    Paper plane airplane kit
    Boxes of Chocolates
    Nuts/Trail mix
    Shaving Sets
    Quo makeup set
    Hand lotion
    Bath stuff set
    2 Hot Wheels 5 packs

Once I get the stuff I "need" to get for various small gifts, I'll have fun buying whatever little stocking stuffers catch my eye. Having too finely-tuned a list makes me feel like I'm trying to fit everything in and that I'm not going to have any fun!

I have to say, though, that redeeming Shoppers points has made me more careful with money. It's hard to go out and just spend on things, especially when I consider that I can get a lot of good stuff free at Shoppers. The thought of buying nuts and candy and stuff like that and paying cash for them seems like a huge waste of money, as it really adds up! Add to that that I buy gifts all year when good stuff (Like Izod and Nautica clothing for my dad) goes on clearance, and I feel a little bit sick thinking how much I would have to pay if I were buying those items right now. I don't even feel a smug sense of accomplishment -- I just feel kind of sick when I realize how much things really cost. No wonder people carry credit card bills into the new year.

On another note, I heard a kid talking about buying Air Jordan shoes today. Apparently they cost $150. I was surprised, as I remember my brother buying $150 runners back in the early nineties. I remember that my parents wouldn't pay more than $100, so he had to make up the rest. I'm surprised that the price hasn't gone up in the last 20 years!

The price may not of gone up but the quality I'm positive has went down rapidly.

If I'm there around 1am Friday night/Saturday morning I should be ok to do a redemption then right? I have a kid free night and no time to go Saturday so it seems like the best time to get it done.

Yeh same here. Although points are almost free for me but take lot of time and brain work, how to get more points with less money, bonus points search, visiting this site again and again with tention about new flyer and mental math plus/ minus during 20X or other promotion days. Almost like a job and then getting paid in points so even they are free still earned with hard work. lol

Need a cheap but still reliable phone plan. Try Public Mobile. Plans starting from $15 ($13 with auto payment).
Use code R8NLM8 or link when activate with Public Mobile and we both will get $10 bonus.
Win some extra cash or gift cards. Try Swagbucks... ww.swagbucks.com/refer/uanoor

Quick question for the optimum gurus. There is a perfume gift set with 10000 bonus points. If I redeem to get this set will I get the bonus points? If so I will be able to do an extra redemption. Let me know ladies. Thanks
