need some help with some baking/chocolate ideas.

i know this shouldnt' be in tea room but really need help TODAY so figured i'd get help much faster than anywhere else

If i make these today and cover them in baggies and tie them up will they be ok until the weekend. if i keep them away from heat but not freeze them to prevent the 'bubble/sweating' effect happening.

I think they should be fine, I've made the spoon ones before and they have stayed awesome for a week in a little bag with ribbon sealing it.

You already mentioned it but freezing it turns it a chalky white colour which you probably want to avoid. It doesn't effect the taste but looks better without.

I'd just keep them in a cool, dark place and they should be just fine.
