My 11 year old daughter is almost over her chicken pox. You can try giving the kids a bath with "Soothing bath treatment" sold at shoppers drug mart. It is an oatmeal bath. I think any store would have a similar version. Look for the words Natural Colloidal Oatmeal Bath. It semed to work for my daughter. Don't worry too much, they will get over it. Good luck

Me being a real cheapy, I just put oatmeal in the blender and made a fine powder out of it and though that in warm bath water. I also made a paste out of it and put it on the kids. That way I didn't have to worry if they tried to eat it.

i had both of my kids vacinated so i didn't have to go through any of this. i still remember having it for the 3rd time. i would really go with the oatmeal bath and take something like benedryl. it really helped me to take the benedryl i could get a good sleep
