I actually didn't get this coupon, but there was a suprise SmartSource insert posted here:

The coupon is good until January 31,2013. I have a $5.00 off coupon from my daughter's school that came in an information booklet on how to not spread germs. I love it when they bring me home coupons!! (and so do they!)
