Congratulations! I finished university a few years ago with several degrees (BA, BEd, Masters of Library and Information Science). This is probably the scariest part of the whole thing. I started school when I was 4 and continued going for 12 years past high school. I felt secure and safe while at school, but when it ended I felt very nervous. I remember walking across the stage at graduation and thinking what am I going to do tomorrow? Just remember that while it can be scary, this is also the most exciting part of life. You really get to find yourself, so enjoy it!
I finished school two years ago and had the same feeling at that time. School life is part of nice memory. Sometimes i even want to come back to campus, just for a moment.
Going to graduation. Wow, the prep part is a lot of work. Whew.
Just "applied" to graduate, filling out forms and such. No fines owed. So, I'm good. Hehe.
Then the school wants to create a biography for each graduate student attending. So, I end up writing a "mini essay" to answer their questions.:wink: :shrug:
This is turning out to be a big deal, after all: Undergrads, they get their name read at graduation. Graduate degrees, they get a mini bio read at graduation + 4 tickets for family+ breakfast and lunch after. :shade: BTW, I probably already paid for all of this, with tuition fees. Hahaha.
