Rav4 - Looking to buy 2012 model, or even 2011

So someone drove into our 99 Camry and it's time to get a new car. We are currently down to one vehicle.

We are thinking of a 2012 Rav4 - Possibly a 2011. Whether it's brand spanking new or a demo doesn't make a big deal to us. We know that the 2013 Rav4 vehicle will be remodeled, but we don't mind.

All that being said, the best price we have been given for a 2012 Rav4 4x4 basic model is $31,800 all in. I'm looking on Autotrader for dealer used cars - rentals, etc... The prices seem okay, but I thought to post here to get any feedback.

We like in Brampton and wonder does anyone recommend a good deal? Good dealership? Good website to look for seconds? Any other feedback?

I have an 09 rav and I love it.
i know people that work at the plant and can tell you that they stopped building the 2012 this week so if you want a new one, run to a dealership.
the 2013 is gorgeous.
because of the resale values, I would go for a 2012 personally if a 2013 is out of the question. Toyotas hold their value so you will not pay much more for a 2012 than a 2011.
