I use to work for claires and its a good place to get it done. I know a lot of peoples' jewelers do it as well but they tend to shy away from babies since piercing is not a regular thing they do. I worked there for a year and pierced on average 5-10 people a week and more than half of that being kids 7 and under. as long as your child is 6 months or older and has all her shots you'll be fine. i advise if she is kinda fussy to get numbing gel before and make sure to put it on an hour before hand because the ears must be wiped with sterilizing pads before dots are drawn on. also if you call before hand you may be able to get 2 people to do the piercing so both ears are done at once.

My doctor Dr. Rachel Schaefer's office does baby's piercing and they do a good job.
