We have a front walkway that colors green because of the vast amount of rain we get her in our neck of the woods. What do you use to get this off? I've been brushing with water/bleach/soap combination but am wondering if there is anything easier. We don't have a pressure washer....
Not that I know much about these things, but wouldn't you be able to put a sealer on it?
I find the only thing that gets it off is a brush and elbow grease. I got a broom from the dollar store with hard bristles and it does the job well - no need for soap or bleach, just water and the brush. Thanks to all the rain and lack of sunshine this time of year, I get to scrub the green off lots of things.
Maybe you should ask for a pressure washer for Christmas because this is the easiest way to remove it. I use the pressure washer on my outdoor furniture too.
I agree, a pressure washer is the easiest way to get it off cement. Only thing is pressure washing takes the outer finish off of patio furniture, vinyl siding, etc., so I'm not so sure about using it on those items.
you have to brush it and scrape it , then use chlore (the kind used in the pools) to finish cleaning and prevent it to come back....
